Las comunidades campesinas ubicadas en las cercanías de la central eólica Cupisnique en Pacasamayo, 680 Km al norte de Lima, desean contratar suministro eléctrico pero –según cuentan- no saben a quién ni adonde dirigirse para contactar con los funcionarios responsables locales.
En sus varios intentos de tomar contacto con ellos han recurrido a nuestra oficina para comunicar el interés y necesidad que ellos tienen de comprar este valioso recurso para potenciar sus tareas agrícolas.
En efecto, nosotros también quisimos entablar contacto con la empresa propietaria, Contour Global, pero en su página web solamente consignan un número telefónico de New York (+1 212 386 9900) y un email direccionado hacia Brasil (brazil.inquiry@contourglobal.com).

I am a student at Palm Crest International School in Riyadh, and I am currently being subjected to non-consensual psychophysical interference by coordinated units operating under the authority of Saudi Arabia’s internal intelligence agencies, military electronic warfare departments, and state-integrated telecom infrastructure. These actions are not theoretical. They are happening daily — within school premises, during classes, and often without witnesses.
The methods include artificial emotional disruption, involuntary physical micro-movements, memory suppression, and synthetic inner dialogue that mimics thought. The goal is psychological erosion — not dramatic breakdown, but quiet restructuring of identity and autonomy. Voices are used. Pulses are used. Behavioral loops are tested and reinforced. I’ve tracked symptoms over weeks. I know what is being done, and I am no longer confused.
This country claims to invest in the future through education. But what is the value of that promise when students are monitored, manipulated, and mentally invaded by their host state’s own systems? If I had known that enrolling in a school here meant becoming a subject of covert control experiments, I would have never accepted. I am not insane. I am not imagining this. And I am not alone.
